Welcome...
Maria is a Medical Intuitive, educator, dancer, fine artist and mother to two daughters. She grew up as a child carer in Scotland with three siblings, to a single, disabled, Swedish mother suffering from M.S. whose focus was always about a positive mindset. Her mother studied English and Literature at university, spoke five languages, was a gifted musician and also a gifted healer. Her Scottish father was a highly respected art teacher and lecturer and also, a fine artist. Both parents were devoted to Maria, her siblings and their grandchildren and this love underpins her approach to family life and is the drive in all her work.
Maria graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, Scotland, with a Degree in Illustration and Printmaking. She went on to train as a Post Graduate Secondary School art teacher at Jordanhill College of Education in Glasgow, Scotland, finishing her training in Aberdeenshire before realising her dream as an international art teacher.
After three years at UNIS Hà Ná»™i, Việt Nam, she attended 'The Scottish School of Contemporary Dance', Dundee for one year, training in Ballet, Graham, Cunningham, Limòn and Choreography. Her training broadened to
include Alexander, Choreography and Improvisation techniques at De Montfort University in Leicester, England, gaining an Honours Degree in Dance.

Moving to the Lofoten Isles, Norway, she worked as a freelance Arts teacher in state and Culture Schools for three years and had her first daughter. She then moved to North Yorkshire, England, for nine years as a full time mother, having her second daughter.
Maria returned to Scotland to care for her mother during the final years of her illness. For the next few years, she specialised teaching children with Additional Supported Needs, which would bring her the gift of awakening her to her deeper intuitive senses. Little did Maria realise this would be the beginning of a whole new chapter in her life.

For her, this meant that she fell ill with Clinical Depression. Taking three years to heal herself, earlier relying solely on prescribed medication, she would later find different ways.
She was guided towards mindfulness techniques, exercise and nutrition as well as pouring herself into creating intuitive led pieces of artwork.
For a very short time she returned to state teaching whereby she fell ill again and finally understood that this was a sign from the universe for permanent change; a different way of life was calling her.
Knowing there had to be another way to live, from that time onwards she started creating changes and taking charge of her life in a way she never had before. Maria felt a pull towards Complementary Medicine embracing the discovery and expansion of training as a Medical Intuitive. Here, she met, befriended and also healed parts of her wounded self which is a journey that continues as does her exploration of her spirituality. Realising the connection between her past and her illnesses, she was being shown the hidden parts of herself and her intuitive abilities which support her skills as a healer.

Achieving her certification, she became a highly skilled Graduate Medical Intuitive working with people from multiple backgrounds suffering with Cancer, Depression, Anxiety and eating disorders to name but a few.
Since graduation, Maria’s business has grown online and in person, becoming multi faceted and multi tiered, accessible to all levels of society.
Her areas of focus include facilitating MI healing sessions, intuitive dance and painting classes, online and in person.
Maria’s aim is to reconnect her clients to their true selves in order that they move forward in a healthier direction than before.
