The Liver Flush

Join me for one or a series of my cleanse programs, to flush your liver and maintain your health on all levels.

 

Four years ago I started this process because I discovered I had heavy metal poisoning in my body from the broken amalgam fillings in my teeth.

I needed to be on a vegan and detox diet because that was the only way to be sure all the metals had left my body safely and completely.

It was also abundantly clear from the start that as I had not drunk enough water for most of my life, I had difficulty digesting food and had blockages which ultimately made my stomach distend, making me feel uncomfortable in myself.

Having struggled my whole life to drink water, I learnt strategies to improve this and through flushing, my stomach and body returned to it's original shape giving me total faith and trust in this process. Over seven flushes, I saw my body heal itself through meditations and my adapted diet and now it enjoys to ‘reset’ itself with this process yearly as guided. Now, I am more educated and empowered in choosing what goes into my body and why, even if it’s simply that I enjoy it because this is very important. 

 

Our bodies know what they need and if we listen, they will tell us. I’m not talking about junk food but real, home cooked food which nourishes us on all levels, making us satisfied and energised in the right way, so our bodies can heal themselves as they are intrinsically designed to do.

To date I have now completed 12 flushes, the latest being November 2025 when I was guided to do one for myself after months of supporting others. It was truly wonderful to be reminded of the importance of flushing mentally, physically and spiritually for me.
